Proverbs 11:24-25 MSG
The world of the generous gets larger and larger... The one who blesses others is abundantly blessed those who help others are helped. Prov. 11:24-25 msg
But all who humble themselves before the Lord shall be given every blessing, and shall have wonderful peace. Psalm 37:11 tlb
Delight yourself in the Lord and he will give you the desires of your heart. Commit your way to the Lord; trust in him and he will do this:
He will make your righteousness shine like the dawn, the justice of your cause like the noonday sun. Psalm 37:4-6 niv
I truly delight in God's commands, but it's pretty obvious that not all of me joins in that delight. Parts of me covertly rebel, and just when I least expect it, they take charge. I've tried everything and nothing helps. I'm at the end of my rope. Is there no one who can do anything for me? Isn't that the real question? The answer, thank God, is that Jesus Christ can and does. Romans 7:22-25 msg
Above all else, guard your affections. For they influence everything else in your life. Proverbs 4:23 tlb
And so starts my week after a very depressing weekend. Yes, Virginia, there are thoughts of suicide. So, let's talk to LC about a suffering economic unemployed homeless life group. At least maybe I can help someone else.

I walk in the midst of trouble
Psalm 138
Of David.
1 I will praise you, O LORD, with all my heart;
before the "gods" I will sing your praise.
There is not god but you, My Lord and Saviour
2 I will bow down toward your holy temple
and will praise your name
for your love and your faithfulness,
for you have exalted above all things
your name and your word.
I praise you, My Heavenly Father, Ruler of my entire life,
You are faithful and true, You are Almighty,
All Knowing and All Loving,
and you have given us the Rulebook,
the Guidebook, the Map, the Prophecy,
and we know you as Wonderful Counselor,
Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace,
Giver of All Good Things!
3 When I called, you answered me;
you made me bold and stouthearted.
You should me the lesson through Moses,
oh how I trembled until you showed me
confidence and strength, that you
allowed me to speak your Word,
You encouraged me.
4 May all the kings of the earth praise you, O LORD,
when they hear the words of your mouth.
Let me let you speak through me,
Give me your words, Use me.
5 May they sing of the ways of the LORD,
for the glory of the LORD is great.
Oh how glorious that you gave them ears to hear
and eyes to see that they may shout your praise
along with me, as I follow your direction, My God and King
6 Though the LORD is on high, he looks upon the lowly,
but the proud he knows from afar.
Like sand on the ocean floor,
you know the number of grain.
You placed the billions of people on this
earth and you know each one intimately.
Let me know you.
7 Though I walk in the midst of trouble,
you preserve my life;
you stretch out your hand against the anger of my foes,
with your right hand you save me.
Oh, Lord God Almighty I so need you right now.
8 The LORD will fulfill his purpose for me;
your love, O LORD, endures forever—
do not abandon the works of your hands.
Please.
